- We do not yet have a verified municipal ruleset on file for Sunset Beach. Confirm allowed roads, speed limits, and LSV requirements with the host and the local town office before riding on public roads.
- Every passenger must be in a designated seat with a functioning seat belt where required. No riding on laps, bumpers, or cargo beds.
- No riding under the influence. The same DUI rules that apply to cars apply to golf carts.
